medical malpractice is defined an act or omission by a health care provider which deviates from accepted standards of practice in the medical community and which causes injury to the patient. it is simply called a medical negligence.

Here in the phils, medical tourism is fastly growing especially in the cosmetic industry. more people now a days are more contious of their body and are now open for medical enhancements. in our country also, surgical procedures that were usually done abroad are already present and can be done here. We are already equipped with medical specialists with medical experiences, sufficient knowledge as well as trainings.Before any medical procedures, a series of laboratory tests are done to ensure whether the patient is allowed to undergo such procedures. in short there is a thorough examination as well as analysis for the welfare of the patient.But sad to say that, there are still practitioners who have happens to commit negligence on their duties which causes severe trauma, emotional distress to the plaintiff and more worst is the death of the latter.

Despite of these truths about emerging cases of medical malpractices, the government has made its move to pursue a bill that will protect all the victims of such malpractices so that the defiant will be charged accordingly through court hearings based on presented evidences. Settlements can also be done between two parties to avoid much longer  court trials.

Knowing such incidents,there are still individuals who are not afraid to take the risks of going through medical procedures if it is just the only means to make them look good  and young as well as to save the lives of their loved ones.
